Tanmay Maka What I’ve built

Translation and immigration desks · live

Twelve stages. Nothing reaches a client until a person clicks send.

For a Canadian certified-translation agency with many jobs open at once. They ran every job from one shared Microsoft 365 mailbox and a kanban board. I built the screens that track each job through twelve stages.

A simulation with made-up jobs, people and emails, not the real app. Addresses use example.com. Nothing here sends anything. Keys: ↑ ↓ pick a job, ← → move it; in the queue J / K, 1–3, Enter, N, S; Esc closes the drawer.

What it’s for

Four parts, plainly.

01

Who it’s for

A Canadian certified-translation agency handling many jobs at once.

02

By hand, until now

Every job ran from a shared Microsoft 365 mailbox and a kanban board.

03

What I built

Twelve tracked job stages across nine screens, including a job board, an exception queue, a certification batch and a review-and-send drawer, all usable from the keyboard. Nothing goes to a client until a person clicks to send it.

04

Where it is

Live and private: in use for the agency it was built for, not open to the public.

On this page

What’s real here, and what isn’t.

Honest line: this page shows the screens with a made-up book of work; real clients’ jobs stay private.
